Wholesale
A wholesale programme that survives the second order
The first order is easy to win with a low price. The second order is won with consistency: the same construction, the same packing, the same paperwork, and a supplier who replies before your customer chases you.

Detail
What the programme includes
Mixed pallets across solar, safety and privacy lines. Slit widths cut to your market's glazing. Batch documentation issued with each shipment so your customer sees a number, not a promise.
Private label is available from a minimum quantity per SKU: your carton, your core, your item code. We do not sell your label to the next buyer in your market.
- Mixed pallets and mixed containers
- Slit to width, master rolls, or cut lengths
- Batch documents with every shipment
- Private label from MOQ per SKU
- FOB / CIF terms, export packing
Working together
How the first order usually runs
Send the series, the quantities and the destination port. We come back with price, MOQ, lead time and the packing plan. Samples go out before the deposit if the construction is new to your market.
First orders are usually small and mixed. We would rather ship a pallet that proves the paperwork than talk you into a container that proves nothing.
Programme
What distributor terms actually look like
A wholesale relationship is not a discount. It is a supply agreement with a range, a document set, a packing standard and a reorder path. The terms that matter to a distributor are usually not the ones on the price list.
Start with the range: which series are held in stock, which are made to order, and which are only available above a run size. Then the commercial frame — mixed pallets, slit widths, private label, and the minimum that applies to each. Then the paperwork: datasheets in your brand, batch records, and the certificates your buyers will ask for.
What we will not do is quote a headline price that cannot be held. Film pricing moves with resin and coating costs, and a distributor who plans on a number that silently changes is worse off than one who knows the mechanism.
Logistics
From Hubei to your warehouse
Export from a major Chinese port, by sea, on fumigation-free pallets. Film is dense and light-sensitive rather than fragile: the risks in transit are pressure, heat and moisture, not impact.
Pallets are loaded upright and braced so rolls cannot shift. Boxes are marked with series, thickness, width, batch and your reference. For a distributor holding stock, that marking is what makes the warehouse work without opening cartons.
Container planning is worth a conversation before the first order. A mixed container that fills the cube properly usually beats a single-series order on freight per roll, and it lets a new distributor open a range instead of one product.
Questions
Before you ask
The three questions that come up on almost every enquiry.
Is there an exclusivity arrangement?
For markets where we have volume and a partner who invests in the brand, yes — discussed after the first orders, not before.
What are the payment terms?
Confirmed per order and per market. Ask with your enquiry; terms for a repeat buyer differ from a first shipment.
Do you drop-ship to my customers?
No. We ship to you, with neutral or private-label packing as agreed.
What is the minimum order for a distributor?
It depends on the series — stock lines have a low minimum, custom runs and private label are set by production. Tell us the range you want to open and we will quote a first order that is realistic rather than aspirational.
Do you offer exclusivity?
For a market and a volume, that is a conversation worth having. It is normally structured against an annual commitment rather than granted on a first order.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Tell us the dates and the series you care about and we will arrange the line walk and the sample room. A factory visit settles more questions than a month of email.
How are payments handled?
Standard export terms, confirmed per order. The structure depends on whether it is a stock order or a production run, and on the length of the relationship.
